Evelyn Ross is a BAFTA nominated animator from the 2017 Student Film Awards. Her graduation film “Adam” has screened at more than 100 festivals worldwide and has won several awards. She is an interdisciplinary artist with a focus on claymation and holds experience in hand-drawn and stop-motion puppetry animation. Her most recent work has been with Aardman Animations on their feature film “Early Man” as a trainee Assistant Animator, and has also had experience with Nickelodeon on a stop-motion special for Spongebob Squarepants. She enjoys working with tactile materials, and has a background in dance and uses that knowledge to choreograph movement in her work. She grew up in the multi-cultural community of Las Cruces, New Mexico and graduated from The Rhode Island School of Design in 2016.
